How we work
Six steps from a specification to one consolidated shipment. The point of the process is that someone is accountable at each step — not that it is complicated.
- 1Send the specification
Product, target market, quantity range and any certification you already hold.
- 2Named factory options
Two or three factories per item, with the specification each can actually build.
- 3Samples
Compared against the same written specification; approved sample sealed as the reference.
- 4Small trial order
Deliberately small, so a first mistake is affordable.
- 5Third-party inspection
SGS / BV / TÜV before shipment, against the approved sample.
- 6Consolidate and document
One shipment, one document set, certificate of origin matched to your tariff position.
Terms
Incoterms: EXW / FOB Shenzhen / CIF.
Payment: 30% deposit, balance against copy of Bill of Lading, or as agreed.
MOQ & lead time: confirmed per item once we have your specification — they depend on
the factory and the model, and we do not quote numbers before we have asked.
Inspection
Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) before shipment, against the sealed approved sample. We keep the report, the photos and the sample reference in the shipment file.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the certificate of origin that fits your tariff position (Form E / RCEP). Where the destination needs an approval held in the importer's name, we say so before you order.
