This notice explains what information Shenzhen Xinhuichuan Trading Co., Ltd. collects through this website, why we use it and how to contact us about it.

What we collect
- Enquiry information: email address and any name, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, product specification, quantity, target market, certification requirement and other details you choose to submit.
- Technical request information: IP address, date and time, requested page and query string, browser user-agent, referrer, country, network number (ASN), response status and Cloudflare request identifier.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, prepare sourcing options and manage any follow-up you request;
- to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, including filtering spam and malicious scans;
- to understand which pages, search engines and AI services refer visitors to the site.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process enquiry information to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We process technical information for our legitimate interests in website security, reliability and aggregate analysis. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Who receives it
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and D1 database storage, Tencent Enterprise Mail for email, and Feishu for internal enquiry notifications. If you start a WhatsApp conversation, WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms. We may share the minimum necessary specification or contact details with a proposed factory, inspection provider or logistics provider only when needed to handle your request. We do not publish your enquiry.
International processing
We are based in China. Information submitted from another country may therefore be processed in China and through the service providers named above, whose infrastructure may operate in other countries. Do not send confidential drawings, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the website form; use email to agree a suitable transfer method first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only while they are needed to answer the request, manage a resulting business relationship, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Technical request logs are kept for website security and traffic analysis and are periodically deleted when no longer needed. We delete or anonymise information when those purposes no longer apply, unless law requires us to retain it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to or restrict its use where applicable. Email sales@xinhuichuan.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry. You may also complain to the data protection authority that applies where you live. The website does not make decisions about you solely by automated means.
